Orders are processed once payment is received.

When calculating delivery time, please consider the following:

• Orders received after 1.00pm will be processed the following day
• Credit card and address need to be verified

Within Australia

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post or by courier, both of which are able to be tracked and are more secure.

Deliveries will be made during business hours & will need to be signed for on delivery.  Please ensure you provide the appropriate address. 

If no-one is home at the time, your parcel will be held at the local post office or courier depot.  A card will be left at the address advising you of this.

You will receive your order in 4 – 7 business days.

International Orders

Order delivery time for international orders is approx 7 – 14 days. 

The shipping cost of your order will be quoted on your order total as the price is dependant on the final size and weight of your order as well as destination.

Orders will have a tracking number for added security.

Please make sure your contact details are correct so that we can contact you with your freight cost.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated on the dimensions and/or weight whichever is larger.

Some items are marked “Bulky”. The final delivery fee will be sent to you once payment is processed.  The order will not be processed until the additional delivery is paid.

Within Australia

Small parcels                  $ 8.00

Standard parcels           $ 12.00

Larger parcels                $ 22.00 – $35.00

International

Delivery Fee will be sent to you once order is received.  Please see above.

As a guide to the delivery fee, a regular parcel fee:

Asia                              $ 50.00

North America            $ 60.00

Europe                         $ 70.00

Rest of the World       $ 70.00
